1. Credits and Scene List
Please provide a list of credits and project titles you would like to use and any existing footage you have. If you can't access time codes, please give us scene descriptions for when we pull scenes.
2. Scene Capture and Collection
Screen-capturing clips have become difficult as most online services block video-capture software. Our software bypasses these blocks legally by giving you the best-quality clips. We will source for your projects from legal online sources and platforms (e.g., Hulu, CBC, Amazon, Apple Plus, Tubi, Netflix, Vimeo, Youtube, CTV, CityTV, NBC, CBS, and ABC). Some clips will have to be taken from rented films and shows. These prices are usually minimal and include this in our fees, but sometimes if the price is above normal, we will notify you before renting.
3. Rough and Final Edits
After sourcing all clips, we will build a rough cut of your reel based on our judgment of order and placement. We will send you a low-resolution version to mark final cuts via time code (Quicktime is the best method). It's a good idea to share this with your representative or agent so they may give you input before the final edit. We can also slow down key parts of a scene or add shading for special skills
We will then edit the final time codes and add dips, fade-outs, or dissolves to each scene. We will also make audio fade-outs to fast cuts to ensure smooth transitions between clips. Finally, we will add intro titles and representation cards. We always provide you with a non-title version and a titled version.

Other Services
Refresher Edits and Additions
If you want to add to your existing reel, we offer updates and additions at a reduced fee, depending on the edits. If you are a previous client and wish to add or update a previous reel we completed, we keep our editing source files on file for two years from your last edit.
Scene Filming
Are you low on content for your reel? We have professional video and sound equipment if you would like to film a scene with yourself and someone else. We also have access to various locations and can also add locations digitally. Please enquire about this service.
Headshots or Promo Photos
Do you need a new headshot, promo, or PR photo? For over 25 years, we have photographed headshots and PR photos for some of the most successful actors, including John Cassini, Caterina Scorsone, Michael Ontkean, Elyse Levesque, Lesley Nicol, and Willie Nelson.
Voice-Over Demo and Recording
Are you an experienced or upcoming voice-over actor? We have a broadcast-quality recording studio with Sennheiser's MKH 416 microphone and 32-bit float recorder. We can write, edit, and record demo samples that you can add to your demo. We can also re-edit and mix your voice-over clips into a new demo.
